CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Company provides educational services intended for use by children under the age of 18 years, including users below the age of 13 years, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Where personal data of a child is collected, such collection is undertaken with the participation of, or consent from, the parent or legal guardian, as applicable.

    4. Log Data

      Log data comprises technical information automatically generated by the Platform during user interactions, including IP addresses, device information, browser type, and operating system.

  3. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

    1. User Data

      User data will be retained for as long as the user maintains an active account on the Platform and thereafter for such period as may be required for legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements. In the event a user requests account deletion, their personal data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period following verification of the request, subject to applicable legal, regulatory or contractual retention requirements.

    2. Course Data

      Course data will be retained for a minimum period necessary to provide a satisfactory learning experience and support user inquiries. The default retention period for course data is such period as determined by the Company based on business, operational or legal requirements. Certain categories of course data, such as class recordings, may be retained for shorter durations in accordance with internal practices. However, platform administrators have the discretion to extend the retention period if required for compliance or legal purposes or to address user queries, disputes or service-related requirements.

    3. Payment Data

      Payment data collected during transactions will be retained only for the duration required to complete the payment process and comply with legal obligations. Credit card details are not stored on the Platform and are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.

    4. Log Data

      Log data will be retained for a period of 90 days to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform security. However, individual user log data may not ordinarily be associated with user identities unless required for investigation purposes.

  4. DATA DELETION

    1. User Data

      Upon request, users accounts and associated personal data may be deleted or anonymised from the Platform. Account deletion will result in the removal from active systems, subject to backup retention cycles and applicable legal requirements; of user data, including personally identifiable information.

    2. Course Data

      Course data, including user engagement data, will be retained for the designated retention period outlined in section 3.2. After this period, the data will be anonymized or securely deleted, to the extent reasonably practicable.

    3. Payment Data

      Payment data is only retained for the duration required to complete payment transactions and comply with legal obligations. Once the transaction is complete, credit card details are not stored on the Platform, and any other payment data may be retained in limited form for audit, reconciliation or compliance purposes and thereafter deleted or anonymised.

    4. Log Data

      Log data will be retained for the designated retention period outlined in section 3.4. After this period, log data will be securely deleted, in accordance with applicable data protection practices.
